Andy comes home tonight after being gone for 3 weeks. I am so excited for him to see Ayla and what she is doing now!!!! He will be surprised....they change alot in 3 weeks!!!

So Grandma Louie discovered that Ayla's getting 2 more teeth! Her two front ones. One has broke through the skin already and the other is on it's way soon!! She hasn't been crabby at all lately so I did not think she was getting any more right now! I guess I just need to keep checking in her mouth! LOL

Ayla's 9 month appt

Today we had Ayla's 9 month appt. (Yes, she will be 10 months shortly!) She weighs 20 lbs 7 ozs. I left the sheet at the Dr with all the other stats but I do remember that she was in the 90th percentile for height and 67th for her head circumference.

Tonight we went out to dinner with Great Grandma Krisher and Aunt Becky, Brett, Michelle, Nicholas and Natalie. We went to Pullmans. It was wonderful. :)

Ayla

Well, she says "hi" all the time now. She has other words that she loves to say, but "HI" seems to be the favorite. She also says, Daddy (of course), puppy (if you can get her to say it!), yuck (said this at the sitters today), and she might be attempting to say Libby.....LOL. I think that's all she says.....

We had swimming tonight. She loves it - put her under the water. She's so funny because she can be a bit of a drama queen! LOL She sometimes screams after I put her under a little bit but she is totally fine! LOL

Vacation

Well, I had my first vacation away from Ayla. I left on Thursday afternoon/evening to head to Muscle Schoals, Alabama to see Andy. He is down there for about 4-6 weeks.....he's got one week down so far. Anyways, it was his 30th birthday on Friday so it was nice to be able to spend his bday and his 1st fathers day with him. :) I had a great time. I really missed Ayla but I had a super time....and just spent it relaxing and reading books!! The pool at the hotel was awesome.....I will try to post a few pics of it!
